1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product must not be damaged, tampered with, or partially used.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Used or opened skincare products (due to hygiene reasons).
🚫 Gift cards and promotional items.
🚫 Products purchased during clearance sales or final-sale events.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at support@enepicorganics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and ship it to our return address (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval – Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the refund if eligible.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days.

🎁 If purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited as store credit.

📸 Take clear pictures of the product and packaging.
📩 Email us at support@enepicorganics.com within 7 days of delivery.
📦 We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
