Shipping Policy

At ENEPIC Organics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, swiftly, and efficiently. We have partnered with Shiprocket to ensure seamless shipping across India. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all our products across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹500.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: ₹40 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking link provided via email/SMS or by entering the tracking ID on the Shiprocket tracking portal.

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, they may reattempt delivery up to two times.
  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. A re-delivery request may require additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with Shiprocket and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • If your order is canceled, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
